Après un DEA de biologie, j’ai réalisé une thèse de Neurosciences à Lyon sous la responsabilité du Pr Yves Rossetti s’intitulant ‘les effets consécutifs cognitifs de l’adaptation prismatique : de la pseudonégligence à la négligence’. Je suis actuellement maître de conférences, HDR, au sein du laboratoire INSERM U 1093 à l’UFR STAPS de Dijon et responsable de la Licence Activités Physiques Adaptées et Santé.



Mon travail de recherche s’inscrit dans l’étude des relations entre la plasticité sensorimotrice et la cognition spatiale. Il constitue la première démonstration de l’existence d’effets consécutifs cognitifs de l’adaptation prismatique chez le sujet sain. Ces manifestations sont semblables à des symptômes modérés d’héminégligence. Je m’intéresse aussi aux processus impliqués dans le développement de l’adaptation comme la réduction de la perception consciente des erreurs, l’imagerie motrice, l’application de stimulations conjointes comme la vibration des muscles du cou. Mon travail contribue aussi à une meilleure compréhension de l’organisation hémisphérique des fonctions visuo-spatiales chez différentes populations de patients.
