On October 8 and 9, the CNRS-led PPR Autonomie scientific coordination team is organizing a conference entitled “Thinking about the future of the disability and old age sector: an exchange with European research”.
The event, held at the Campus Condorcet in Aubervilliers (93), will bring together French players in the elderly and disability sectors, as well as French and European researchers, to reflect together on the future of a sector in crisis in the face of growing and diversifying support needs.
Organized around round-table discussions, these days will provide an opportunity to tackle some of the major challenges facing the sector – jobs, housing, caregivers, taking experiential knowledge into account, the science-society link, etc.
